ABOUT

My name is Talal Khan and I am an Education Consultant specialising in Inclusion. In my time working in the education industry, I have come to understand how out of reach academia can be for students holding protected characteristics. Without intentional work, many of these young people are left to create safety for themselves at the cost of their learning. Creating an environment that allows students to comfortably express their racial or religious identity whilst also being safe from any forms of racism and discrimination is not just a moral obligation to ensure equity, but also a legal requirement under the Equalities Act of 2010. I help schools on what can sometimes feel like a complex journey, sparking change through motivational keynote speaking, delivering training on how to structure inclusion work, and providing consultancy to help build effective strategy. SERVICES

STAGE 1 - Keynote Speaking

Inclusion requires a SPARK. My keynote speaking sessions are a motivational call to action designed to win hearts and minds. The awareness-building theme of the session aims to help your staff body feel moved to be part of the change by having a clear understanding of the issue.

STAGE 2 - Training

Inclusion requires a STRUCTURE. I provide training that equips your school leaders with the framework and skills needed to build effective inclusion strategy. This can involve either working broadly with your leadership team or more specifically with individual department heads.

STAGE 3 - Consultancy

Inclusion requires MAINTENANCE. Post-training, I provide structured consultancy to sustain the momentum of your inclusion drive. These sessions create space to monitor progress and maintain leadership accountability. I support you to navigate complex challenges or strengthen implementation within specific departments.
